King to Patronize National Festival for Heritage and Culture on Wednesday
Riyadh, March 03, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will patronize on Wednesday the
inauguration ceremony of Al-Janadria's 24th National Festival for
Heritage and Culture, which is an annual event of festivities
organized by the National Guard.
The Festival starts with the Grand Annual Camel Race in which as
many as 600 contestants will take part.
Russia will participate in the 24th Festival this year as a guest of
honor for seizing the opportunity to be acquainted with the culture
of this friendly nation.
This tradition of choosing a guest of honor started last year to
seek knowledge about the cultures and heritage of brotherly and
friendly countries.
