King to Patronize Saudi-French Symposium for Dialogue of Civilizations

Riyadh, March 03, SPA -- Under the patronage of the Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, a Saudi-French
Symposium for Dialogue of Civilizations will be held at King Fahd
Cultural Center in Riyadh on March 7-9, 2009.

The symposium will be organized by King Saud University (KSU) in
cooperation with the Faculty of Law, the Paris-based University of
Descartes; Observatory of Geo-Political Studies in France; Saudi
Embassy in France and The Saudi Cultural Department in Paris.

In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Minister of Higher
Education Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anqari expressed his thanks and
gratitude to the King for patronizing the symposium which comes in
the context of the King's call for dialogue between followers of
religions and civilizations.
