Minister of Commerce receives Italian foreign ministry official

Riyadh, March 03, SPA -- Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah
Ahmed Zenail receives here today Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs'
Secretary of State Stefania Gabriella Anastasia Craxi and the
accompanying delegation.


During the meeting, they conducted preparation for the meetings of
the tenth session of the Joint Committee of Saudi Italian Committee
in Riyadh, and reviewed industrial and commercial relations between
the two countries.

They also reviewed means of boosting development, and promoting
opportunities for trade and industrial cooperation to achieve joint
benefits between the private sectors in both countries.

In 2007, the commercial exchange between the two countries
amounted to SR 32,629 million.
