Terror case adjourned to April 25

Manama, Apr. 11 (BNA): The Military Court of Cassation adjourned Terrorist Cell Case 1/2017 to April 25 to announce the verdict. The court today made the decision after the report was read by the judge, hearing the military prosecution, and allowing all lawyers to present their oral pleadings on the ruling of the Supreme Military Court of Appeal. Convicted for the formation of a terrorist cell and committing several terrorist crimes, the defendants are: 1- Mubarak Adel Mubarak Mohanna, a soldier 2- Fadhil Alsayed Abbas Hassan Radhi 3- Alsayed Alawi Hussain Alawi Hussain 4- Mohammed Abdulhassan Ahmed Almitghawi 5- Mohammed Abdulhussain Saleh Al Shehabi 6- Mohammed Abdulwahid Mohammed Alnajjar 7- Hussain Mohammed Ahmed Shehab The session was attended by representatives of human rights organisations, media, and relatives of the convicts.
