Bahraini women's role stressed

Manama, Apr. 11 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received Bahrain Business & Professional Women's International Federation President Shaikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa in the presence of the Federation’s Secretary, Khairiya Dashti. The minister hailed the great efforts she is exerting to highlight Bahraini women’s role and broaden their participation in the economic sector. The minister also commended the federation’s outstanding activities which aim to boost women’s role in all sectors as effective players in national development and in the Economic Vision 2030. He paid tribute to the federation for continually reinforcing interaction among pioneering businesswomen worldwide, wishing the federation further progress. Shaikha Hind expressed her appreciation of the minister’s support of women empowerment initiatives.
