2 S. Koreans dead, 1 injured in UAE car accident

DUBAI, March 3 (Yonhap) -- Two South Koreans died and one was injured in a car
accident in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, last week, local police revealed
Tuesday.
According to Dubai police, a 53-year-old construction company executive,
identified by only his surname, Im, died with his daughter, 25, around 3 p.m.
Saturday (local time) when their van hit a truck parked on the shoulder of a road
in Abu Dahbi.
Im's wife was seriously injured and was hospitalized. The van was driven by a
local travel agent, identified as Kim.
Im, who had been working at a construction site in Dubai, was traveling with his
wife and daughter, who were visiting the Middle Eastern country.
Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
