Indian President receives credentials of Bahraini ambassador

New Delhi, Apr. 17 (BNA): The President of the Republic of India, Ram Nath Kovind, received today the credentials the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain in New Delhi, Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Qaud.
During the meeting, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to President Ram Nath Kovind of India, and their wishes of progress and prosperity to India and its people.
For his part, President Ram Nath Kovind requested the Ambassador to convey his greetings to His Majesty the King and his wishes to His Majesty and the Kingdom of Bahrain of further development. He noted the deep bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India, affirming his keenness to further bolster cooperation with the Kingdom in all fields. He also wished the Ambassador success in carrying out his new duties. (MOFA)
