Bahrain participates in Arab-African Parliamentary Forum

Rabat, Apr. 26 (BNA): A parliamentary delegation led by MP Abdullah Bin-Huwail participated in the Arab-African Parliamentary Forum concluded today in Rabat, Morocco. The two-day forum was organized by the Moroccan House of Councillors under slogan (To build an integrated model of regional cooperation). It discussed topics related to peace and development. The delegation participation aimed at highlighting Bahrain’s development achievements, in addition to enhancing partnerships with regional countries for the prosperity of their nations.  On the sidelines of the event, the Bahraini delegation said the stability of security and economy plays a vital role in attracting investments, pointing out Bahrain’s leading legislative system that has hugely contributed to attracting capital and development projects.  The delegation noted the significance of the parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening economic partnerships and solving issues of joint interests. Saying the recent oil discovery in Bahrain will open new horizons of investments that will consequently boost the national economy.
