Information minister participates in Radio, TV Market opening

Tunis, Apr. 28 (BNA): Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi today participated in the opening of the “Radio and Television Market”, held as part of the 19th Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU)’s Arab Radio and TV Festival, in the presence of the Tunisian Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy Anwar Maarouf. Al-Romaihi toured the market, and was briefed about its pavilions and about the market’s activities, services and products from various Arab institutions. The minister expressed admiration for the massive participation in the market, lauding the progress made by Arab media institutions and praising the quality of their services that contribute to enhancing Arab media work. Al-Romaihi affirmed the ministry’s keenness on effectively participating in the Arab media events aimed at consolidating partnership and exchange of expertise among Arab states, as well as dealing with the latest developments in the media field.
