HM King congratulated on sport achievement

Manama, Apr.29 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing the landmark achievement of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, who won the first place at the Iron Man North American Championship in Texas, US, in the under 49 age category. He paid tribute to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa for his determination to achieve honourable results and honour the Kingdom of Bahrain in all international sports arenas. "This landmark victory reflects HM the King’s care and keenness on promoting sport and youth in the Kingdom of Bahrain", he said, extending congratulations to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, HM the King’s representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Council (SCYS) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President.
