Premier congratulated on health achievement

Manama, Apr. 29 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Saeed Al Saleh congratulated His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa on the World Health Organisation (WHO)’s recognition of his dedicated efforts to improve health services and develop comprehensive healthcare in Bahrain. The Health Minister praised HRH the Premier’s efforts to develop the health sector, taking pride in the WHO’s recognition of HRH the Premier’s role in uplifting the health sector and improving health services. The minister highlighted the Health Ministry’s strategy to upgrade the health system in conformity with the National Health Plan 2016-2025, noting the implementation of a series of health projects, including the National Health Insurance Scheme, which reflect Bahrain’s commitment to promote sustainable medical services.
