Commander-in-chief receives US navy officials

Manama, May 2 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defense Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received outgoing Vice Admiral John Aquilino, Commander of the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, U.S. 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces, accompanied with newly appointed Commander of the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, U.S. 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces, Scott Stearnet. The commander-in-chief expressed appreciation of the naval team’s efforts and their contributions to promoting bilateral relations and cooperation at various levels. The commander-in-chief wished Scott Stearnet every success in his new tasks.
