Industry Minister chairs meeting

Manama, May 7 (BNA): The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed R. Alzayani chaired the 28th Joint Economic Committee between the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), in the presence of BCCI Chairman Sameer Abdulla Nass and a number of committee members from both sides. During the meeting, the minister confirmed the support of the government and the ministry for all steps and initiatives undertaken by BCCI that benefit the national economy. Among the topic on his agenda, the minister was briefed on the latest developments of the Export Development Center that the ministry follow up in cooperation with concerned authorities. They also discussed a number of topics of common interest.  The Minister expressed appreciation of all the efforts undertaken by BCCI to serve the commercial sector and the national economy.
