Deputy Premier receives Thai ambassador

Manama, May 22 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received today Thai Ambassador to Bahrain Thanis Na Songkhla and stressed perpetual growth of bilateral relations. He also underlined strong relations of friendship between both countries, wishing the Thai ambassador every success in further cementing ties between the two friendly countries. Reviewing regional and Asian issues, the Deputy Premier emphasised the kingdom’s keenness to boost relations with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to achieve more regional security and stability.
