S. Korea says N. Korea's warning on flights violates int'l law

SEOUL, March 6 (Yonhap) -- The Seoul government said North Korea is violating
international law by threatening the safety of South Korean flights in its
airspace, urging Pyongyang to stop its coercive campaign.

"To militarily threaten the normal operations of civil airplanes not only
violates international rules but is also an inhumane act that can never be
justified," Unification Ministry Kim Ho-nyoun said.
