Bahraini student’s case followed-up

London, June3 (BNA): The Embassy of Bahrain in London is following up the case of the Bahraini student, who was found dead yesterday morning (June 2) at his accommodation in the city of Manchester. Bahraini Ambassador to London Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa dispatched a team from the Embassy promptly to Manchester to follow up the case closely with the authorities and support the victim’s family. The team held a meeting with Manchester police, which revealed that initial investigation showed no criminal suspicion behind the student’s death. The inquiry is still underway. The embassy issued a statement extending deepest condolences to the deceased’s bereaved family. It said that it would update the family and facilitated procedures in such cases.
