Minister of Islamic Affair receives Dr. Tantawi of Al Azhar

Cairo, March 06, SPA -- Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments,
Call, & Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh received here
today Dr. Mohammed Sa'eid Tantawi, Sheikh of Al Azhar Mosque.

During the meeting, a number of topics pertaining to the General
Conference of the High Council for Islamic Affairs currently held in
Cairo were discussed.

It's worth mentioning that the conference discusses topics related to
renewing Islamic thought in a variety of areas including
jurisprudence, religious discourse, modernism etc.
