Technical Committee starts preparation of GCC Census for 2010

Riyadh, March 07, SPA -- The 13th meeting of the Technical Committee
for the census of 2010 in member states of the Gulf Cooperation
Council (GCC) will be held here on Monday.


The participants of the meeting will review the efforts exerted by
the member states for carrying out the census process as well as
study the working papers submitted by the GCC States on coordinating
their efforts in the field of training personnel working in the field
of census as well as means and machineries for carrying out the
census process.

The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates,
Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
