Arabic Teaching Center of Moscow University Inaugurated
Riyadh, March 08, SPA -- Prince Faisal bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the
Secretary General of Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Charitable
Foundation has expressed his pleasure over the inauguration of Arabic
Teaching Center, an affiliate of Moscow University for International
Relations which has been implemented upon directives and support of
Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister
of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, who is also the
Foundation's Supreme Chairman.
In a press statement on this occasion, Prince Faisal bin Sultan bin
Abdulaziz said the Foundation's strategy to extend priority to
culture prompted it to adopt ambitious cultural programs which are
aimed at creating channels of cooperation with several academic,
research , scientific and cultural centers around the world.
He pointed out that the Center aims to teach Arabic language for
students of the University and representatives of Russian
organizations, noting that the Center will be a bridge for the
exchange of information and communication and for correcting
misconceptions about Arab and Islamic culture.
On his part, the Foundation's Director General Dr Majed bin Abdullah
Al-Gassabi said that the support of the Crown Prince for the Center
aims at enhancing communication between academicians and people
interested in Arabic language and strengthening further cultural,
intellectual and literary cooperation.
