Bahrain condemns bombing in Zimbabwe

Manama, June 24 (BNA): Bahrain has strongly condemned the attack that targeted an election rally of the President of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa, which resulted in the injury of several people. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement that Bahrain supports Zimbabwe to preserve its security and stability. "The ministry expresses its wish for the speedy recovery of all those injured by this terrorist act, and reaffirms the firm position of the Kingdom, which renounces violence, extremism and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, regardless of its motives and justifications," the statement said. "The ministry calls for concerted regional and international efforts aimed at eradicating this dangerous phenomenon which threatens the security and stability of the world."
