Bahrain-Thailand cooperation reviewed

Bangkok, July 5 (BNA): Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani affirmed the keenness of Bahrain to develop its relations with all countries around the world, especially the economic relations. This came during the meeting held by Al Zayani in Bangkok today with the Thai Commerce Minister Sontirat Sontijirawong, in the presence of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa, Bahrain's Ambassador to Thailand Ahmed Abdullah Al Hajri, Thailand's Ambassador to Bahrain, Thanis Na Songkhla, and a number of officials. The bilateral relations between Bahrain and Thailand and ways to strengthen cooperation mechanisms in all fields, especially the relevant industrial, trade, tourism and investment fields were reviewed. The meeting stressed on the importance of bilateral visits and meetings in promoting and developing cooperation in various fields.
