Gravity announces WCS2018 sponsors

Manama, July 7 (BNA): Gravity Indoor Skydiving (Gravity) announced the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, as thePlatinum Sponsor of the 3rd FAI World Cup of Indoor Skydiving 2018 (WCS2018). Organized by Gravity in collaboration with the Bahrain Air Sports Federation, the event will be hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain in October 2018. Khawla Alhammadi, Gravity’s General Manager, expressed her deepest appreciation for The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain’s initiative to be one of the official sponsors of the WCIS2018, led by it’s aim in supporting global sports events. Gravity has been gearing up to host the World Cup since February 2017 by organizing several local, regional and international competitions and is now ready to host this significant sporting event in the Indoor Skydiving world. The facility boasts one of the world’s tallest glass wind tunnels, reaching 12 meters glass in height and the tunnel is renowned by its innovative design and high-speed airflow capabilities reaching 290km per hour, making it one of the most distinguished indoor skydiving facilities in the world. Among the expected participating countries are the Kingdom of Bahrain, USA, Britain, Australia, Belgium, Russia, China, Singapore, Poland and many more.
