Yemen censures ICC decision against Sudanese President

SANA'A, March 09 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh denounced on Monday the
decision of International Criminal Court (ICC) on the arrest warrant for President
Omar Hassan al-Bashir of Sudan.

During a phone call with al-Bashir, President Saleh said that the ICC's decision
would not serve security, stability and peace in Sudan and the region.

President Saleh asserted to his counterpart al-Bashir Yemen's solidarity with Sudan
and its sovereignty.

In return, Sudan's President voiced his appreciation of Yemen's attitude with Sudan,
thanking Saleh for his brotherly stand.
