Premier congratulated by GCC Chief

Manama, July 20 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, who hailed the historic achievement of his grand-daughter Pilot Officer Shaikha Aisha bint Rashid Al-Khalifa for taking off from Shaikh Isa Airbase to make her debut warplane solo flight. The GCC Chief extended sincerest congratulations to HRH the Premier on the historic and unprecedented military aviation achievement which epitomizes Bahrain women’s merit, courage and determination to serve Bahrain and defend the nation by enrolling in the air force. Al Zayani prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless HRH the Premier with abundant health and happiness and long life, to continue serving the nation and, and protect Bahrain and its loyal people, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
