Lawsuit management office inspected

Manama, July 24 (BNA): The first phase of the Civil Lawsuit Management System will be launched in September, to coincide with the inauguration of the new judicial year. Justice, Islamic Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry Undersecretary for Judicial Affairs Wa’el Boualley announced the move as he inspected the progress of work on the new facility.
"The new office represents one of the initiatives which aim at developing the judicial system in the framework of the 2030 Bahrain Economic Vision and the development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa", he said.
He hailed the Government’s support, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa. He lauded the follow-up undertaken by the Executive Committee, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister.
Undersecretary for Judicial Affairs Wa’el Boualley affirmed the ministry’s drive to continue modernizing the judicial system, enhance and expedite performance for the sake of serving justice. The new Lawsuit Management Office will be chaired by High Civil Court judge and include a sufficient number of judges, legal experts and employees.
