HM the King’s support to sport hailed

Manama, July25 (BNA): Muharraq Club Chairman Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing the royal care for youth and sport in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He hailed the patronage of HM the King’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Affairs (SCYS) Chairman, Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa of the Bahrain Premier League, which will be known as Nasser Football Premier League. "The renaming of the championship after HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa will contribute to developing football in Bahrain", he said, hailing the keenness of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa on drawing up viable strategies to develop sports in Bahrain.
