HM King thanked by former US Presidents Bush

Manama, Aug. 2 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from the 41st US President George H. Bush in reply to His Majesty’s condolences to him and his family over the demise of Lady Barbara Bush. In his reply cable, the former US President has affirmed the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and peoples, wishing His Majesty lasting good health and happiness and the Kingdom's people further progress and prosperity. HM the King also received a similar thanks cable in reply from the 43rd US President George W. Bush.
