Bahrain-China sports cooperation highlighted

Manama, Aug. 13 (BNA): Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA)'s Chairman His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received the Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain, An Wa’er. The two sides stressed the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the sports field, especially in basketball. HH Shaikh Isa praised China's advanced sports, wishing China success in organising the 2019 World Basketball Championship. The ambassador praised sports development in the kingdom through the great achievements in this sector.
