Prince Nawaf bin Faisal receives U.S. sports official

Kuwait, March 13, SPA -- Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin
Abdulaziz, Deputy General President of Youth Welfare, Vice President
of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee and Member of the
International Olympic Committee (I.O.C), received at his guest
residence here today the Vice-President of the U.S. Olympic Committee
Robert Vosolo; Chairman of Chicago city bidding committee to host the
2016 Olympics Patrick Ryan and the I.O.C. member Anita DeFrantz.

During the meeting, aspects of the current cooperation between the
Saudi and American Olympic Committees were discussed and ways of
promoting and developing them within the memorandum of understanding
signed between the two countries were reviewed.

On behalf of Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the General
President of Youth Welfare and Chairman of the Saudi Olympic
Committee, Prince Nawaf bin Faisal extended an invitation to Vosolo
to visit the Kingdom at his convenience.

The meeting was attended by a number of high-ranking Saudi and
American officials.
