N. Korea allows 5 people to return South after closing border again

SEOUL, March 14 (Yonhap) -- North Korea notified South Korean authorities it
would allow just five people to return to the South after again closing the
border crossing to an inter-Korean industrial complex, a source said Saturday.
About 250 South Korean workers at the Kaesong Industrial Complex have remained
stranded since Friday after North Korea barred overland passage across the border
without explanation.
One South Korean, who is set to get married, and four foreigners were allowed to
return to South Korea, the source said.
