One million visit Janadriya

JANADRIYA, Saudi Arabia, March 14, SPA -- More than One million
people have so far visited the ongoing National Heritage and Culture
Festival at Janadriya village in Riyadh, said Maj. Gen. Saad Abu
Ithnain, Commander of the Janadriya camp.


The annual event was inaugurated by Custodian of the Two Holy King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz on March 4.


"The only-men's visiting days ended yesterday and from Monday the
festival will be only open to families. Saturday and Sunday have been
set apart to prepare for family visits," Abu Ithnain told Arab News.


He added that the festival would be open between 10.30 am to 5.30
pm. The event concludes on Wednesday.
