Kylie becomes highest paid foreign celebrity in Bollywood

London, Mar 15 (PTI) Australian pop star Kylie Minogue
has become the highest-paid foreign celebrity in Bollywood
history.

The "Love at First Sight" singer, who appears as herself
and sings a dance number for film called "Blue" with actor
Akshay Kumar, was paid a staggering amount of more than USD 1
million, the Contactmusic.com reported.

"My overriding memory is the warmth and professionalism
of people. I arrived as a stranger but left considering myself
as family," Minogue said.

"Kylie couldn't have been more perfect. Her beautiful
voice and bubbly personality are adored by so many. She is the
perfect diva," Kumar was quoted telling to Daily Star
publication.

However, its not the first time Kylie has bagged a huge
fee for a cameo role. Last year the star pocketed a reported
USD 2.1 million for a 45-minute set in Dubai. PTI RTK
