Prince Khalid bin Abdullah signs Contracts for Economic

Jeddah, March 15, SPA-- On behalf of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz
Foundation for His Parents for Developmental Housing, Prince Khalid
bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz signed here today the final documents and
contracts for the Company of Economic Knowledge City.


The signing ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Company's Board
of Directors Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Issa.


According to the documents, founders will complete their shares in
the capital including the transfer of ownership of land area of 5
million square meters from the Foundation to the Company.
