Southern Governor meets UK dignitary

Manama, Oct.2 (BNA): Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa received at his majlis Sir Alan Duncan the UK State Minister for Europe and the Americas Affairs. He stressed the importance of strengthening joint cooperation in the framework of solid bilateral relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom. The British minister reiterated keen interest in consolidating joint cooperation with the Southern Governorate in all fields. The meeting was attended by British Ambassador to Bahrain Simon Martin and Bahraini Ambassador to the UK Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa.
