Republic of Korea ready to share its experience with Kyrgyzstan, Ambassador

Bishkek, Oct. 4, 2018 / Kabar /. The Republic of Korea is ready to share its experience with Kyrgyzstan in the development of the country in the light of the fact that lately the Kyrgyz Government has been actively implementing the country’s development strategy, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Ha Tae-youk told at a reception in Bishkek in honor of the Liberation Day of Korea. He said that the Republic of Korea has necessary experience and technology to implement the plans for the development of the Kyrgyz Republic. “If the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic wishes to adopt this, then we are happy to share them,” he said. At the same time the Ambassador expressed confidence that the Republic of Korea will become the most reliable partner of the Kyrgyz Republic. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Nurlan Abdrahmanov in his speech noted that Kyrgyzstan considers the Republic of Korea one of the important and priority partners in Asian continent. “During the years of cooperation we could built partnership and trusting relationship between our countries,” he said adding that during these years Korea invested in Kyrgyzstan about $ 150 million of investments. The Kyrgyz official expressed gratitude to the Government of Korea for the rendered aid and support to the Kyrgyz Republic. He also expressed confidence that successful implementation of the full complex of bilateral cooperation will bring the two nations closer. The event brought together officials of Kyrgyzstan, members of the Kyrgyz Parliament, representatives of Korean diaspora in Kyrgyzstan. The diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea was established in January 1992.
