The actress who played the main role - Kazakhstan Samal Yeslyamova from Kazakhstan was awarded the Best Actress prize at the Cannes Film Festival. At the 91st Oscar, the film “Ayka” from Kazakhstan was presented in the nomination “Best Foreign Film”.
