President of Kyrgyzstan takes part in opening of 5th Congress of Teachers of CIS member states

Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2018. / Kabar /. The V Congress of Teachers and Educators of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has started today in Bishkek. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov took part in the opening ceremony of the event. Having warmly welcomed the specialists from the post-Soviet countries, the Kyrgyz President paid special attention to the need to form a new education system. Jeenbekov noted that the CIS countries now represent the most educated part of the planet and should not stop on it. The 5th Congress of Teachers and Educators of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries will be a place for specialists to discuss the best practices in reforming the system, which will create an opportunity for participants to learn from the best practices. Discussion of problems in the system, as well as ways to solve them will be held within two days, from 11 to 12 October.
