DPRK-Russia Cooperation

Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- An agreement on cooperation between the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research was signed in Pyongyang on Tuesday. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and officials concerned and from the Russian side were members of a delegation of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research led by President Vladislav Panchenko. Pak Kyong Il and Vladislav Panchenko inked the agreement. -0-
