DPRK Players Return Home

Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- DPRK players returned home Friday after taking part in the 2018 Asian junior and U-23 canoe championship held in Uzbekistan. The championship drew more than 180 men and women players from 19 countries and regions including the DPRK, China, Iran and Kazakhstan. The Korean players won two gold medals and two silver medals. Jong Ye Song placed first at the junior women's canoeing single 200m and 500m games. Jong Ye Song and Cha Un Yong placed second at the junior women's canoeing double 200m and 500m games. -0-
