EARTHQUAKE JOLTS INDONESIA'S PROVINCE OF GORONTALO
Jakarta, March 19 (ANTARA) - An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter Scale jolted southeast Gorontalo, at 00.08 am Western Indonesian Time (WIB) on Thursday.
The quake's epicenter was located at 0.08 degrees southern latitude, and 123.6 degrees eastern longitude, at a depth of 91 km below sea level, according to the national meteorology and geophysics office.
The temblor did not have the potential to trigger a tsunami.
