GOVT TO AUCTION RP2 TRILLION WORTH OF DEBENTURES

Jakarta, March 19 (ANTARA) - The government will auction two rupiah-denominated state debentures worth Rp2 trillion on March 24 to meet some financing targets in the 2009 state budget, a finance ministry agency said.
The directorate general of debt management in a written statement here on Thursday stated the SUN series to be auctioned were SPN20100311 (reopening) and FR0030 (reopening).
The SPN21000311 which offers a discount intrest payment is matured on March 11 2010 while the FR0030 offering a fixed interest of 10.75 percent is matured on May 15, 2016. Coupon payment will be done every May 15 and November 15.
Auction participants may ask for competitive and non-competive bidding. The amount for non-competitive bidding for SPN20100311 is 50 percent of indicative target while for FR0030 20 percent of total bid won.
Auction of SPN20100311 may be participated in by main dealers through competitive bidding, Bank Indonesia and the Deposit Guarantee Agency (LPS) through non-competitive bidding.
Auction of FR0030 will be participated in by main dealers bidding for and on behalf of other parties apart from Bank Indonesia and LPS through competitive and/or non-competitive bidding while the LPS could also make non-compettive bidding.
Main dealers bidding for and on behalf of thembelves and/or through other participants were only allowed to make a competitive bid.
