GCC Higher Education Ministerial Committee to hold meeting in Dubai

Abu Dhabi, March 21, SPA-- The Committee of Ministers of Higher
Education of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states will hold its 14th
meeting in Dubai on March 30.


The Director General of Ministry of Higher Education in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE) Dr. Said al-Hassani said in a press
conference today that the Committee will discuss among other topics a
proposal put forward by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on speeding up
the process of joint action in the field of higher education among
the GCC states.

The GCC is comprised of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates,
Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
