HRH Crown Prince congratulated by BIPA Director General

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier received a cable of congratulations from Director General of Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams on Bahrain’s winning of the presidency of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS). Dr. bin Shams hailed the achievement of the Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by BIPA, describing it as the dividend of the comprehensive and ambitious vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the renewable and sustainable development approach of HRH the Crown Prince which aims to earn Bahrain an international pioneering status at all levels. He pledged to continue adapting the institute’s plans and strategies to maintain Bahrain’s leading status in the public administration international competitiveness indices.
