Al-Qirbi, Al Khalifa review joint committee first meeting agenda
MANAMA, March 25 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi and his Bahraini counterpart Khalid Bin Ahmed Al Khalifa talked on Wednesday on the agenda of the first expectant meeting of Yemeni-Bahraini ministerial joint committee's.
The talks discussed ties between the two brotherly countries and means of developing
the bilateral cooperation areas to meet the hopes of the two brotherly peoples in
both countries.
They expressed their satisfactions for the level of growing brotherly relations
between the two countries in all fields, assuring their keenness on developing joint
mechanisms to push the relations forward.
The two ministers also dealt with the current developments in the Arab, territorial
and international areas, affirming the importance of coordination the two countries'
positions towards all issues to ensure security and stability in the region.
The establishment of a Yemeni-Bahraini ministerial joint committee was agreed on
during the talks between President Ali Abdullah Saleh and King of Bahrain Hamad bin
Esa Al-Khalifa held on Tuesday in Bahrain.
