Yemen confirms concern over settling peace in Somalia

SANA'A, March 25 (Saba) - Yemen permanent representative to United Nations in Geneva
Ibrahim al-Adofi confirmed on Wednesday concern of Yemen to support stability and
security in Somalia.

In his speech to 10th round of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, al-Adofi said
that Yemen represented by President Ali Abdullah Saleh concerns to settle peace and
security in Somalia as well as efforts of building the state in the African county.

He asked the international community to support efforts of Yemen to receive refugees
who are coming from Somalia.

Al-Adofi said that the current developments in Somalia such as electing new
president and appointing a new government, formed a new progress to achieve security
and stability in the country.
