Yemen, donors community hold meeting

SANA'A, March 25 (Saba) - Yemeni government and donors community held a meeting here
on Wednesday, at Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.

The meeting, which chaired by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation,
dealt with the underway preparations for holding the consultative meeting between
the government and donors scheduled in April 5th.

It reviewed the mid-term assessment for the third five-year plan and the upgrade
reforms package for 2009-2010 which are to be on the table of the enlarged meeting
between the government and donors for following up implementation of London
conference for donors' outcomes.

In the meeting, the minister affirmed the importance of holding the enlarged meeting
between the government and donors' community on 5th of April, as it comes to fulfill
the two-side commitment to hold regular meetings for review and assess the
achievements since the London Donor Conference held in November 2006.
