Bahrain-UNIDO-ITPO cooperation praised

Manama, Mar. 5 (BNA): Adviser of HM the King for Economic Affairs, Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Fakhro, received a delegation from the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO). The UNIDO delegation’s visit aims to assess the UNIDO-affiliated Investment and Technology Promotion Office (UNIDO-ITPO) successes as well as the progress of Bahrain’s SMEs and micro entrepreneurship. Dr. Fakhro praised the UNIDO-ITPO’s positive role in promoting investment and technology in the Kingdom of Bahrain and globally after adoption and application of Bahrain Model mechanisms in 52 countries since 2000 to the benefit of millions of young people around the world.
