BAC honours staff members

Manama, Mar. 6 (BNA): Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) honoured 30 staff members with the Employee Excellence Award in recognition of their hard work and important contributions to the overall success of the organisation. In attendance at the award ceremony was BAC senior management, including BAC Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah, who presented the awards. Eligibility criteria for the award includes initiative to carry out additional responsibilities; suggesting and implementing new ideas; improving the work process; maintaining a positive attitude towards work responsibilities, co-workers, and internal and external customers; serving as a role model for others; ensuring commitment to quality in carrying out job responsibilities; and preventing hazards at the workplace. Mr. Al Binfalah said: "BAC is a people-oriented organisation, focused on the growth, success, and personal development of its staff. In addition, Bahrainisation continues to be a major area of focus for the company. The Employee Excellence Award recognises those who go above and beyond in their ordinary duties and reflects how deeply we value their dedication. Our supportive workplace culture and many employee development programmes have helped to increase the quality of output of our team members at a time when we are dedicated to deliver Airport Modernisation Programme.
