Joint Meeting with Aged Women Held

Pyongyang, March 8 (KCNA) -- A joint meeting with aged women took place at the Pyongyang Old People's Home on Thursday ahead of the March 8 International Women's Day. Attending the meeting were Choe Il Hong, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Korea Federation for the Care of the Aged, and aged women here including health-seekers of the home. Present there on invitation were women of foreign embassies and missions of international bodies here. The aged women sang and danced with their joys of leading a happy life in the twilight years of their life and spent a sweet time with amusement. The attendees looked round the home and planted memorial trees there that day. -0-
