Valentina Shevchenko to have first title defense in fight against Jessica Eye

A native of Kyrgyzstan, Valentina Shevchenko, will have the first defense of her champion title at UFC 238 in Chicago (USA), the website of the promotion company wrote. American citizen Jessica Eye became the rival of Shevchenko. According to sportbox, the opponent has 15 victories, 6 defeats and one canceled battle. Fighters will compete for the belt in octagon on June 8. Shevchenko in December gained victory over athlete from Poland Joanna Jędrzejczyk by a unanimous decision at UFC 231last year, thereby becoming the new UFC flyweight champion.
